Вся продукция компании производится из пиломатериала хвойных пород (ель, сосна) камерной сушки. Древесина заготавливается в северных районах Вологодской области и высушивается до влажности 14%. Благодаря этому продукция сохраняет свою геометрию в течение всего срока службы – не растрескивается и не деформируется. Брус в стенах укладывается по технологии шип – паз. В углах стены скрепляется замковым соединением с ветровым пропилом – это придает жесткость строению и защищает от продувания. Обвязка из бруса и лаги пола выполнены из пропитанного антисептиком бруса сечением 100 х 150 мм.
